Hello! I am so excited to show you guys what I got from Ulta today. First of all, they are having an AWESOME sale on cosmetics from: Maybelline, Revlon, NYX, and Physicians Formula. At 40% off this week, the sale ends on 10-2-10.  When I went to Ulta today I mainly went to purchase the NYX Nude on Nude Palette but they were sold out ): So instead I got the Bronze Smokey Eye Kit (: . I have to admit I do like the colors. I have not done a swatch with them or anything yet. But come tomorrow I will giving them a try. Now the single eyeshadow colors I got did not take a lot of thinking about them. I think that you need a black eyeshadow. And the color Rock is black with what looks like shimmer/glitter in it. I think it would look great for an special look. The lip glosses 2 are back ups, because I will search high and low when I have misplaced or lost my favorite lipgloss of the moment. I have lost WAY to many pricey lip glosses over the years. And besides,  don't act like I am the only one who has ever given someone the evil eye when they have a lip gloss on that looks JUST LIKE the one I can no longer find.(lol...smh about that!!!)  It's one of the GREAT reasons why I LOVE Nyx lip glosses. What they cost you can get 2 for the price of what most other cosmetics would charge for 1 lip gloss.  Sponge cake looked really cute. The pencils were back-ups also. The Bare Minerals Matte Foundation was FREE. I really love my Maybelline Mineral Power Foundation. Now, I now what you may be wondering is much every cost... Well are you sitting down the grand total was......$22.49 TOTAL! So if you can get to Ulta this make sure you do it will be so worth it (: Until next time...Enjoy!

How To Fix A Broken Eye Shadow

Hello, everyone! Did you know, you can easily fix broken shadows? Let me tell you how.....

Just by putting a few drops of rubbing alcohol into each one and mix to make a muddy texture, re-mold into shape, then let dry. A fixed shadow and the color and texture remain intact. I cannot tell you how many shadows, blushes, and face powders I've saved by using this quick trick! Until next time enjoy....

Review: Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Powder Foundation

Hello! Here I am once again :). I have been using Mineral Power since it came out. All I can say is "I LUV Mineral Power".  I have very oily/acne prone skin. I have also used Bare Minerals which I like as well. But I can purchase the Mineral Power everywhere when I need to stock up on it at Target, Ulta, Wal-Mart, CVS, etc on SALE... (You know how much I LOVE a sale..LOL) This is VERY COMPARABLE to Bare Minerals mineral make-up just less expensive. It's light on the skin, good shade range for different skin tones (Just know that if you purchase it go one shade down from your skin color. My shade in the line is Tan/Dark 1. In Bare Minerals my shade is Golden Deep). It really does last all day long with normal touch-up. For the most part I really don't have to touch-up that often unless it's very warm or hot weather. If you have been curious about mineral make-up this is awesome way to test it out without spending a ton of money. Mineral Power you can find to purchase at regular price at under $10.00. And Bare Minerals is $25.00 (Which you can find at Ulta, Sephora, and bareminerals.com). They both will last you about the same amount of time; which is about 6 months (give or take how often you use it). I hope this helps you out if need or are curious mineral make-up.
